Babao sweet rice, also known as Babao rice, is a traditional snack with glutinous rice as its main ingredient. The basic production process is to wash the glutinous rice, add water to the pot, steamed in a cage, and then take out the appropriate amount of sugar and cooked lard. Place the bottom of the bowl with all kinds of fruit according to the pattern they need. Then put the steamed glutinous rice into the bowl, smooth it, prick several holes with chopsticks, steamed in the cage, and buckle it into the dish to serve.
Ingredients: 300 grams of glutinous rice, 200 grams of soybean sauce, 25 grams of sugar-made wax gourd slices, 25 grams of ripe lotus seeds, 25 grams of persimmon cake, 25 grams of walnut kernels, 25 grams of orange cake, 3 pieces of red and green cherries each.
